His funeral service will be held at St Matthew's Church, Cainscross on Tuesday 25th April at 1130 am.
There will be a retiring collection in memory of George for the Cotswold Canals Trust. Donations may also be sent care of Michael Gamble Funeral Directors at Station House, Station Road, Stroud, GL5 3AR.
